The selected participant agrees to pay the refundable caution deposit of Rs. 1500 before the specified due date. If the payment is not made before the specified due date, the selected participant’s seat will be allocated to the next member on the waitlist. No exceptions will be entertained in this regard. |

The selected participant agrees that the caution deposit will be refunded only if the selected participant boards the allocated train on the specified date and time |

The selected participant agrees not to consume/distribute/sell/possess any intoxicating substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.) during the entire duration of his/her yatra as part of STS. If found in violation, the selected participant’s yatra will be terminated with immediate effect, and appropriate legal proceedings may also be initiated. |

The selected participant agrees that his/her seat in the yatra is non-transferable, and under no circumstances will requests for modifications to his/her allocated schedule be entertained by the organizers.

The selected participant agrees that only he/she will be permitted to board the train. Under no circumstances will any additional accompanying person (who is not selected) be allowed to be part of the yatra |

The selected participant agrees to fully complete the yatra and return back as per the assigned schedule. No changes (staying back longer, refusing to return, requesting an alternative or making alternative arrangements) will be permitted. |

The selected participant agrees to obey all rules and regulations enforced from time to time by the coordinators (NIT Trichy, IRCTC, Government of Gujarat, Government of India) of the STS. |
